I loved staying here. The hotel had lovely and good location just off many attractions including the unique geological features of the volcanic plains around Camperdown viewed from Mount Leura, the serene garden and the beautiful Heytesbury House. It also was in the centre of the dairy belt👌

The location was perfect, with easy access to the Great Ocean Road, Warrnambool, and the Otway Ranges. The common room was also a highlight, with a variety of unique games to enjoy. We stayed in a beautifully restored country house with well-maintained gardens in the heart of the dairy belt. Our room had pristine linens with a spacious renovated bathroom that had both a bath and shower. the breakfast was delicious and made with high-quality ingredients. We enjoyed a peaceful stay and appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the house, like candles in our room and free amenities. It was the perfect location to explore the area's local attractions.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully restored country doctor's residence. The Gardens surrounding the hotel were stunning with old world trees and shrubs, and there were many places to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. The room was clean and decorated to a good standard with 1900's furniture and had a fridge and TV. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from and the staff was accommodating, friendly, and went out of their way to please us.
Can't think of anything.

Found a gem in a 120-year-old house, vintage decor, cozy sitting area welcomed us with complimentary port. Room had lovely linens, plush bed, and private bathroom. Breakfast served in a beautiful dining room overlooking a serene garden.
Reception closed at 9pm and charged $50 for our late check in, which we didn't know when we called earlier to inform them. Grumpy owner greeted us and was unwelcoming.

The breakfast was tasty and filling, perfect to fuel up before a day of exploring the surrounding area. The room was also clean and tidy, giving us a good place to rest after long days out. Location was great, close to many of the attractions we wanted to visit.
The service was lacking in several areas. Our requests weren't always met and staff seemed disinterested in helping.
